concept

Problem: A lot of the customers only visit the ground floor. Most of the time they don't notice the stairs to the second floor and leave the store. The store has put up signs but the problem still remains.

The concept consists of two parts:
Part ONE: The puma store pet.
The puma steps appear on the floor when a customer enters the store. The puma steps will keep appearing near the customer, each time walking away towards the stairs of the second floor.
Part TWO: The puma couch.
When the customer enters the second floor, the puma steps will walk towards the couch and disappear. The puma will appear on the screen of the couch. The animation will become active when the customer sits down. The customer will see a puma appear in the forest. The puma animation will choose a random direction and hide underneath one of the seats. While sitting down the customer can move their seat to see where the puma animation is hiding.
